Double Trouble
for Mom in Bangolo!
It is hard
to imagine the heartbreak of this mother. At the young age of
9 both of her twin
sons began to go insane. They started to
act crazy and out of control. They lost
their ability to communicate and were rendered totally insane
for the next 8 years! She had tried
everything available to help her sons without any positive
result. Hope for a normal future for the boys was
almost gone. Then Jesus came to her aid in the form
of a Gospel Crusade! She heard about the
meeting and brought her two sons
for prayer. The healing compassion of the Lord came upon them and
their minds were completely restored. They
stopped acting insane, regained their speech, and were able to communicate
normally. What a wonderful testimony of
the Love and Grace of God. The whole crowd erupted
in praise to God. HALLELUJAH!

Hope and
Healing comes to the People of Bangolo.
Bangolo is located in the Western part of Ivory
Coast. This was one of the towns that had been
devastated as a result of the civil war. The
people had suffered the loss of life, possessions, and
respect, as they had been subjected to unspeakable
atrocities. What a Joy for us to be
able to bring the Gospel of Hope, Salvation, and Healing
to them. They came in the thousands and were like
a sponge soaking up the goodness of God meeting after
meeting. There were so many testimonies of healing
and deliverance. Every morning the hall for the
new believers teaching was crammed full of hungry
hearts. They wanted to recieve all that they
could. The local Pastors were thrilled with what
God had done in their town. They thanked the team
by giving us traditional elders' robes, which is a sign of
respect. All Glory and Praise goes to God for his
Great Faithfulness.

Witch Doctors
Foiled in their Attempt to Stop Crusade.
As we rolled into town with the team trucks we
were met by a friendly reception. However,
all was not well in Bangolo. The witch doctors and
their faithful were not looking forward to our
presence. They immediately began to plot how they
could stop our meeting. Local brothers
reported their attempts of withcraft were not
working on us, so they turned to good ol'e
sabatoge. Not aware that our power supply was our
own generator, they destroyed a city power transformer
thinking this would shut off the power to the
meeting. They were highly disappointed when the
bright lights and sound system continued to pump out the
Good News. The transformer that was destroyed
did, however, supply power to the hotel we were staying
in. We were without electricity for the next 6
days. Hot and sweaty, but well worth it to reap a
great harvest of souls.

Power of the
Mask Broken!
The West of Ivory Coast is famous for its worship
of the "mask". Each region has its
own mask and spirit that they worship and sacrifice
to. This is supposed to appease the spirits
and gain favor with them. In reality, the people
are bound by demonic power through this practice.
They suffer greatly, both spiritually and
physically. Scores of people testified of being
delivered from evil spirits and the practice and effects
of sorcery. We are in a spiritual battle.
Please remember to keep us in your prayers and
intercession, as we launch into our last crusade meeting
of the dry season. We will be in the city of
Tiebissou from March 20-28. Tiebissou is
located about 35 miles north of Yammoussoukro
which is the political capital of Ivory Coast.
We want to thank each of you that are standing with
us. God is answering your prayers. We
highly value your friendship.
Love in
Christ,
Dan, for the

Hundreds Gather every Morning
for Teaching Meetings.

We were amazed at the
level of hunger for the word of God. People were gathering hours
in advance of the start of the meeting. Each morning
when we arrived, the hall was full. |
