Young Man is Set Free from Drugs!

The lady on the above left brought her two sick children to the crusade.  After hearing the word she decided to believe God for their healing.  God honored her faith and healed both of her children.  Encouraged by their healing, she sought out her brother who had been bound by smoking drugs for many years.  He consented to come out to the meeting with his sister.  Jesus touched him and he gave his life to Christ.  He also trusted God for his deliverance from  drugs.  God answered his prayer and he came nightly testifying of how Jesus had made him free!

Older Lady Bent Over for Many Years Made Straight!

This sweet old lady was overjoyed for what the Lord had done for her.  She had to walk bent over for many years.  Much like the woman in the Bible.  One evening during the prayer for the sick, she realized that her back had straightened.  She found she could walk normally now!  She came faithfully to all the meetings as she was grateful and wanted to receive all she could from the God who loved her so much!

Miracle Testimonies Abound Nightly.

It never gets old!  It was such an exciting time of awe and wonder as we heard scores of testimonies.  The Love and Mercy of God never fails to amaze me.  Hands were raised in praise and shouts of "Hallelujah" rang out to God for all He had accomplished.

Revival Comes to Tiebissou.

Tiebissou is located in the center of  Ivory Coast.  More precisely it is just south of the rebel held capitol Bouake.  Since the civil war, the inhabitants of this town felt very neglected and discouraged.  It was as if they felt no one cared for them.  Well, Jesus does!  He sent our team to conduct a meeting where the greatest news in the world would be proclaimed nightly!  It was amazing to watch how depression and discouragement turned into joy and hope.  Many of the team members (including myself) were stopped on the street to be thanked for coming to their town.  Truly a great revival had started.  Every night thousands poured out of the town and into the open football field where we had set up the equipment.  It was awesome to join in the worship service and be encouraged by the Word of God.  The news began to get out and the people started to bring the sick any way they could. Some by car or motorcycles, others by bicycle, still others were brought in wheel barrows!  It's incredible when the fame and power of Jesus kicks in.

Young Lady on Deathbed Raised Up.

According to her own testimony this beautiful young woman was paralyzed and on her death bed when the team arrived in Tiebissou.  She could not eat and was completely without hope as she had contracted an incurable disease.  However, her mother heard about the crusade meetings.  She determined not to give up on her daughter and brought her out to the field.  As God's Word was being preached, faith began to grow in the daughter's heart.  She gave her heart to Jesus and decided to believe Him for a Miracle in her body.  I am so glad that what is impossible with men is possible with God.  Almost immediately something began to happen.  She found that her appetite returned and she could eat again.  Strength began to flow into her body.  Soon she was able to sit up and then stand up!  She then began to take one step after the next.  What a great miracle had taken place.  She came to every meeting including the morning Bible teaching services.  She took notes and was the first to answer when questions were asked.  What a radical transformation.  God is truly awesome!

New Faith Blooms in Their Hearts.

Bethany Sias took this beautiful photograph on the left.  I couldn't help but to be reminded of the work of salvation that was taking place in the hearts of the people of Tiebissou.  God's Word says that He "Beautifies the meek with Salvation".  That is so true.  There is nothing more precious than to see the divine transformation of a lost soul.  They were literally being taken out of the kingdom of darkness and placed in the kingdom of light.  Puts goose bumps on my arms just thinking about it.  I never want to lose my love for the lost.  In fact, I don't want anything in my life to be a hindrance to the work of the Holy Spirit.  Why?  You may ask.  Well, God's Word says that "The Love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit".  That's why.  Even as the Holy Spirit was moving among the people,  we found He was also moving in our own hearts.  This led us to repentance in our own prayer closets which ushered in a refreshing from the Lord.  God is so Good!

"All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray".

Often in the Ivory Coast I see sheep aimlessly wandering about without a shepherd to lead them.  Thankfully we were able to work with several local churches to offer the new believers an opportunity to be a part of a spiritual family.  It's so good to know that Jesus the Good Shepherd has promised to "Never leave us or Forsake us".  As the dry season ends so also do the outdoor crusades.  However,  God's Work continues.  So also must ours.  Our team is faced with moving our entire base.  It is comprised of three households, two forty foot containers of tools and materials, one tractor trailer truck with a forty foot container trailer full of equipment, and a second truck with a twenty foot container that houses our generator and other crusade material.  I said all that so that you might get an idea of the scale of the size of the move we are faced with.  This is going to take a gigantic effort on our part, and all the prayer we can get on your part.  Of course, it's going to take a considerable amount of finances as well.  Please be in prayer with us that God will lead us to the right location and facility as we would like to get into a more permanent situation as far as the base is concerned.  This summer leads us to the end of our tenth year of living in the Ivory Coast.  Wow!  Time flies when you're having fun.  We love and appreciate each one of you, our supporters.  We couldn't have done it without you!   As a side note, for those who want to give you can click on the link below to be taken to the donations page of IEM.  We hope this will make it more convenient for you.  We cannot express our gratitude enough for your faithful support of the Work of God.  Together we are making a difference!

Yours in Christ,
Dan & Laura Jennings
